The week, page by page
Every week of the planner is a double page. Here’s what’s on it, and what you can change.

The left page
At the top the month and the dates of the week, then room for notes for the whole week, then the first three days.
The right page
The other four days, facing the first three – the whole week open in front of you.
Every page
Your name at the top outer corner, small – so a sheet that slipped out of the binder finds its way back.
What each day holds
Every day has a heading with its weekday and date, and lines below. What else goes in, you decide once for the whole planner. The scale and the boxes sit in the heading and cost no lines; medication and temperature take one line.

Your first day of the week
Any of the seven days can come first. The configurator suggests the one that’s usual where your browser is set – Sunday in the United States, Monday in Britain – and you can change it.

When a week changes month
The first week of January 2027 begins on 28 December. Every date in it carries its month, and the heading names both. If you’d like the month by every date, all year, you can have that too.

Before every month
The month at a glance – a box for every day, the weekends shaded – and a page for notes, right before the first week of that month. Its columns follow your first day of the week.

At the front and at the back
The plain planner opens with its cover and a page for notes, and closes with a few more pages for notes. If you like, the front also holds the year on one page, birthdays, contacts, a timetable, or the list of regular medication; the mood planner ends with the whole year at a glance, a box for every day.
